February 2018

Suzanne Pillans is an international Evangelist who often travels abroad and ministers to thousands of people in many countries, mostly in India. She supports many Bible Schools and gives bicycles to many village Pastors to enable them to reach more people in other villages around their home. Suzanne has authored many books which have encouraged people around the world to get right with God through Jesus.
Suzanne Pillans and her husband had a riding school in South Africa. An accident injured her favourite horse so badly that the vet couldn’t help him but suggested to put him down. In desperation she prayed to Jesus to heal her horse and He healed him instantly. This strengthened her faith very much and later she entered into full time healing and evangelistic ministry.
Later God told her He wanted them to move to Britain and He provided everything necessary for this venture. Suzanne and her husband now run the Standlake Equestrian Centre in the UK. The income from this helps to support Suzanne’s ministry.
Recently her ministry in developing countries was more extended, also speaking through local radio stations and reaching groups from her home by telephone. One exciting example happened during the recent Ebola epidemic in Africa. She was talking through phone to someone in a local radio station. He asked her to pray for the Ebola victims in the local town. As she prayed, it was transmitted and Jesus healed all those sick and there were no more Ebola infections there.

September 2016

Our Speaker in September is David Alston.
MINISTERING JESUS IN A HOSTILE WORLD

The Lord caught up with David after he started life as a very ambitious, hard working and successful, but unbelieving computer industry businessman. But instead of his success continuing, he ended up in multi-million dollar debt, on the verge of bankruptcy.
In their distress, first his wife Dawn, and then he turned to Jesus, who miraculously rescued them from all their debts – as they cooperated with the Lord, and trusted Him to bring them victory. David and Dawn have now pastored Living Hope Christian Fellowship in Blaxland since 2006, and have also run a weekly Healing Meeting at Koorong, Penrith for the last 5 years.
In 2014 the church held Healing Explosion meetings in Penrith. Many miracles of healing took place.
David has ministered Jesus locally and overseas, at churches, evangelistic crusades, Christian film festivals, conferences, Pastors training conferences, Bible Colleges, home groups, homeless outreaches, men's meetings, FGBMI, weddings and funerals.
David will talk about the challenge of ministering Jesus in and to a hostile world, and how "business" and "ministry" interact for the Lord's work.  -   David is available to pray individually for any needs.

March 2016

Our Guest Speaker in March is Dr. Ed Kwan.

ATHEIST  DOCTOR  CHANGED  TO  SERVE  JESUS

Ed believed the Bible is the library of God in August 1989, when he found the verses that can offer an alternate explanation for the extinction of the Dinosaurs, to that proposed by the Evolutionary theorists.
From that moment on, he had a series of spiritual experiences through which he met Jesus.
When Ed read the four gospels about Jesus, the verse in Mark 16:15-18 struck him, that if he believed in Him, he could lay hands on the sick and they will get well.
Ed began to put that into practice and saw results immediately, and over the decades, he had documented his blind patients seeing again, terminal cancer patients going into remission, broken backs healed with radiological proof and so on.
Healing now forms only a very small part of his ministry, preparing for the imminent arrival of Jesus consumes most of his time.

July 2015 Meeting

Our Speakers in July are John Szilard and Lionel Fitness.

A  SPECIAL  MEETING   OF   ENCOURAGEMENT

We both had a long and varied Christian life experience  and have given our testimonies in this fellowship some months ago and talked about many wonderful things the Lord has done in our lives. However, we have experienced so many wonderful incidents, that, because of lack of time quite a few had to be left off.
This time we shall focus mostly on hitherto untold events in our lives, including some mistakes we have made and other people have made, which could make one discouraged and should be avoided.
We are going to talk about what we have learned and how, from our experiences and how all the difficulties, adversities we faced from time to time, have encouraged us and strengthened our faith step by step. God even turned round some mistakes to our benefit. In our lives the words of the Bible in Rom. 8:28  have been exactly fulfilled: And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

JUNE 2015 Meeting

BLACKTOWN  CHAPTER

Dear Members and Friends,
While our Meeting serves as Members' encouragement and fellowship, its
first and foremost aim is to provide a place to lead people to Jesus, who don't know Him as Lord, Saviour and Friend. The talk is not about doctrine, but about real life experience.
This Fellowship is much more than only fellowship with each other. According to the Bible, 1 Jn 1:3, We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.
Our Guest Speaker in June is Glenda Robinson.

FROM  PSYCHOSIS  TO  JOY
Glenda came to know Jesus at age 20, a substantial turning point in her life. She married at age 23 and went on to have 2 children. Shortly after her second child was born she found herself in a psychiatric hospital and thought she would be there for the rest of her life. But Jesus had other plans for her and healed her! He also anointed her with the gift of healing.
Today she serves as the Administrator and as a member of The Healing Centre of Dayspring Church, where she ministers and God performs miracles of healing, freedom and empowerment every week.
She is also a member of The Dayspring SOZO team. SOZO means saved, healed and delivered. SOZO is an inner healing and deliverance ministry that is Holy Spirit led. SOZO seeks to connect you  with the full aspects of God the Father, His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit, through a process of forgiveness.
A few other members of the Healing Team are also expected to attend.
I trust that Glenda's testimony will be interesting and inspiring, with a message of Jesus.

2015 May Meeting

Our Guest Speaker in May is Deirdre Davis.
SUPERNATURAL MINISTRY
7 years ago, Deirdre was dusted-off, healed and empowered by God to do the work of the normal Christian, described in the great commission: healing the sick, casting out demons and boldly proclaiming to the world that the Kingdom of God is indeed at hand. She describes herself as an ordinary Christian woman doing the extra-ordinary works of our incredible God.
Deirdre is the Director of the Healing Centre at DaySpring Church (DHC), where God performs miracles of healing, freedom and empowerment into the community each week.
She teaches at the DaySpring School of Supernatural Ministry (DSSM) from time to time, on healing and mission.
She regularly visits Nepal, to support "The Apple of God's Eyes": an initiative of the Brazil church, where restoration and empowerment of young Nepali children takes place, following their rescue from the sex slave trade in India and elsewhere.
I trust that Deirdre's testimony will be interesting and inspiring, with a message of Jesus.

July 2014 Meeting

-->
Our Guest Speaker in July is David Claydon.

NEVER  ALONE

Rev David Claydon
Rev David Claydon
David was an orphan from age 6 months in Palestine. At 5 years of age in hospital he realized that it was Jesus who looked after him, a lost sheep of his. He led people across his path to help him survive. In his adult life family members supported him, but Jesus still looked after him in all sorts of situations as he pioneered Scripture Union in the Pacific Islands. He was and still is, on fire for spreading the Gospel everywhere. For period David was Head of the Church Missionary Society locating missionaries in some 50 countries and working with the local churches.
Now, as he retired, he chairs the Heads of Churches Conference among others he works to help those Muslim background Christians whose life is at risk in their home countries.
David was never alone, because he always lived in fellowship with Jesus through the Holy Spirit.

I trust that David’s testimony will be interesting and inspiring, with a message of Jesus.
Come and bring wives or partners, relatives, friends, and who don’t know Jesus as Lord, Saviour and Friend, whose future in eternity is a concern for you, those who are sick, those who want a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit and/or who have any difficulty coping with the problems/stresses of life, and listen to my unusual life story and receive a blessing.
After the talk there will be an offer of confidential counselling/ministering and prayer for any need.

Date and time:21 July. Please note: the time is 6.30 for dinner and fellowship in the restaurant, costing $ 18.90. For first timers it is free. The talk starts at 8.00. Admission there is free.
