Our Guest Speaker in October is Nigel Woolley.
ALL THINGS FOR ALL MEN
Nigel was brought up being taught the basics of Christianity, but this didn't mean much to him. As an adult he went into business and got involved in all sorts of unscrupulous practices with one aim, to get rich. He even described himself as a white-collar crook.
The time came when things around him degenerated into turmoil, his three businesses, his marriage, his family, everything and he didn't know where to turn. Then his 5 year old daughter confronted him with searching questions about God, but he didn't know any of the answers. This prompted him to start searching himself.
Through a few interesting incidents God drew him into a church and eventually he received the Holy Spirit. As a result Nigel's life has completely changed. Following his change first his wife, Jody, committed her life to Jesus, then one after the other her parents followed them. Nigel 's focus shifted from his businesses to ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit in many places and in many Christian ministries, Jesus working with him and blessing his ministry.
It will be inspiring to hear Nigel's life, his feeling the wonderful love of the Lord, as He changed him and worked through him.
